a) Your name, address, credit card information, and age is collected at the time of payment. Your state and country is collected through Wix and is only seen by the Meliorise LLC Owner & Board (unless otherwise required for legal purposes - please see Wix Privacy Policy here as Wix operates separately from Meliorise LLC). Your name and email address will also be collected as provided when creating your account.

b) Meliorise collects the information listed above for Billing, Age Confirmation as the Network is for adults only, and for Analytics and Country Confirmation in reference to location.

c) The information is collected in accordance with tax and sales requirements by law, as well as obligation to the Meliorise Community.

d) The information collected is stored through Wix, Stripe, and MightyNetwork. Each of these storage usages are protected and additional protection has been purchased for the sake of protecting your data.

e) Users are entitled to request their data at any point in time by contacting hello@meliorise.org, Subject: Data Request. At which point the user's data collected by Meliorise LLC will be shared after verification of the user's identity in order to protect the user's data.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our Promise to Our Subscribers​
​
1. All Active Subscribers will be included in all Business Decisions which impact our users. A majority vote of participating subscribers will be required in order to make any changes. In cases of unavoidable change such as war, legislature, etc. in which Meliorise is limited, shutdown, or otherwise prohibited, all users will be notified within 24-hours from the time the Meliorise CEO, Alisha Turner, is made aware.

2. For Our Members' Peace Of Mind: In the extremely unlikely event that Meliorise, LLC is sold in the future, Meliorise is BOUND by these Terms to REQUIRE these same promises outlined in the Policy at the time of Launch, 2025 by the Buyer, which must be written within the Contract of Sale. As stated in #1, any changes to the Policy must be APPROVED by the majority of Subscribers.

3. Meliorise, LLC will NOT partner with any social platforms whose Policy does not align with the Meliorise Policy, UNLESS desired by our users with a majority vote.
​
4. Meliorise, LLC will never censor subscribers for telling the truth, seeking the truth, or expressing freedom of speech which does NOT violate the Community Guidelines (See Community Guidelines below)
Terms & Conditions for Users/Subscribers​
​The following terms and conditions serve as an agreement at the time of purchase between both the Subscriber and Meliorise, LLC. The purpose of these terms and conditions is to provide clear expectations and responsibilities for both parties.

1. Payment terms: These terms include two separate instances. a) Subscribers, and b) Affiliates.
​
a) The Subscriber agrees to monthly payments in the case of Community Path/Network Subscriptions which are $50.00 USD/monthly, OR annual payments in the case of Certification Path/Certification Subscriptions (which include free Network access) totaling $2,000.00 per year. The Subscriber may cancel at any time by logging in and canceling their subscription.
​
b) Affiliates will be paid by Meliorise, LLC through Paypalat this time (or the elected channel by the Affiliate when Meliorise, LLC offers additional channels following Launch of 2025, such as bank deposit). Affiliates will be paid based on their Passive Balance, which is determined by the amount of active Subscribers the Affiliate has referred to Meliorise, LLC, as well as new referral sales. Community Commissions are paid out monthly, while Certification Commissions are paid out annually, in accordance with the date of the sale (keep in mind Community Commissions align with the date of payment by that referral, not the date of signup for the free trial period).

COMPENSATION AGREEMENT
Meliorise, LLC agrees to pay the Affiliate 50% Commission on all new Community Referrals meeting the criteria (US only, 18 years of age or older, payment successfully made). Meliorise, LLC also agrees to pay the Affiliate 30% Commission on their first 3 Certification Referrals and then an increased rate of 50% Commission thereafter on all additional referrals IF the Affiliate is a *Community Subscriber. Meliorise, LLC agrees to pay the Affiliate 50% Commission on their first 3 Certification Referrals and then an increased rate of 55% Commission thereafter on all additional referrals if the Affiliate is a *Certification Subscriber.

DOWNGRADES AND UPGRADES
Affiliates whom upgrade or downgrade will NOT have to re-refer three users in order to receive their increased pay rate, however, Affiliates are paid for prior referrals at the rate in which they were earned at the time of that particular signup (for example, if Jack refers Jill to the Certification Path while Jack is on the Community Path, he is paid the rate of 30% Commission. If Jack upgrades to the Certification Path after referring five Certification Subscribers, Jack will continue to be paid 30% for Jill, not 50%, as the pay structure was set at the time of referral and cannot be changed thereafter. That being said, Jack will NOT have to refer three new Certification Subscribers in order to hit his pay increase of 55% Commission since Jack has already referred three new active Certification Subscribers, so he will be compensated 55% Commission on all future referrals). In other words, Affiliates are NOT required to re-surpass three referrals after a Plan change, whether that be an upgrade OR downgrade. However, the commission rate for prior referrals does NOT change when you upgrade or downgrade, only the commission rate for future referrals will change.

FORFEIT OF COMPENSATION OR TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Affiliates without an *active Subscription FORFEIT their Compensation indefinitely if their Subscription has not been reactivated within 48-hours of their missed payment. This may be resolved, of course, in Emergency or Uncontrollable Cases such as Identity Theft, Card Theft, Human Trafficking, or Death, if the Affiliate or their elected Beneficiary of the Passive Balance is able to reactivate the Subscription within 48-hours after the incident ceases.
​
Affiliates whom violate Community Guidelines and are banned, FORFEIT their Compensation and will be TERMINATED from the Meliorise Affiliate Program AND platform.. If an Affiliate wishes to dispute the violation, they may utilize the Dispute process through the Meliorise Support Team. If the Affiliate wishes to dispute the Support Team's dispute decision, they may request Escalation to the Support Team and the matter will be escalated to the Meliolrise, LLC Owner, Alisha Turner. At which time, Alisha Turner will include both the Affiliate and the evidence provided to and from Support in order to review. The decision made from the Escalation is final. Affiliates whom violate Community Guidelines against the Meliorise Support Team (using hate speech or threats for example) will automatically be banned indefinitely and legal action may be taken if the situation and Support Team Member call for it). Banned Affiliates CANNOT access their Compensation once banned unless the dispute or Escalation deems the ban to be unfair.

Affiliates whom violate the Marketing Rule (provided in Training) will receive ONE warning, a SECOND offense will require Re-Training, and a THIRD offense will result in indefinite TERMINATION from the Meliorise Affiliate Program AND platform.
​
Affiliates may be TERMINATED if another Meliorise User/Subscriber reports the Affiliate for "real life" Community Guideline Violation, with proof such as screenshots, recordings, or guilty pleas/verdicts, as the safety of all Meliorise Users/Subscribers is of utmost importance and those Affiliated with Meliorise, LLC represent the Meliorise brand. This includes sexual crimes, hate crimes, violent crimes, and behaviors or posts which are considered offensive, harmful to Meliorise LLC's reputation, or violate company policy.

Affiliates AND Subscribers are NOT PRHIBITED to share the Meliorise Network link with anyone who is NOT a paid and active Subscriber. Affiliates and Users will be TERMINATED/BANNED for extending a Meliorise invitation for free as it is unfair to other Community Members.
​
Affiliates have the right to TERMINATE the Agreement with Meliorise, LLC at any point in time and for any reason they deem fit, by canceling their Subscription.

2. Conduct Rules: All Users/Subscribers and Affiliates agree at the time of purchase to abide by Community Guidelines (accessible at checkout, on the Meliorise website under Policy & Guidelines, or by contacting hello@meliorise.org for further clarification).

4. Limitation of Liability: Neither party, the Subscriber/Affiliate, or the Merchant (Meliorise, LLC) will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, UNLESS an Affiliate is found guilty of Scam, Fraud, or wrongful manipulation of a sale, such as signing up new referrals under false pretenses, guarantees, or without proper disclosure in accordance with Meliorise, LLC Affiliate Training protocol and policy, OR using identity theft or card theft to secure a "sale" and commission. In cases of Scam, Fraud, or wrongful manipulation, the Affiliate understands and agrees to repay all balances and fees accrued to include transaction fees and tax to the innocent party/referral, AND may be liable for loses as determined by a judge should Meliorise, LLC (or) the innocent party/referral sue and the Affiliate be found guilty in a court of law.

5. Intellectual Property Rights: Affiliates must ensure they are not misrepresenting Meliorise, LLC's brand or using Meliorise material without permission when marketing content. Affiliates have permission to use content created by Meliorise, whether on the Meliorise official website, Meliorise official social or streaming channels, or Meliorise posts on the Meliorise Network. Affiliates also have permission to use their Affiliate back office/dashboard, Certification, Progress Badges in the Certification Program, Content Creator Badges in the Meliorise Network, Meliorise Badges associated with Certification, Commission notifications, or Abundance Conference photography, SO LONG as the policies and protocols covered in Meliorise Affiliate Training are upheld to include a) an Income Disclosure Statement if earnings are mentioned in any capacity, b) Transparency of all costs and stipulations for Compensation, c) no guarantees, promises, or exchanges made for referral actions.
​
Affiliates do NOT have permission to create web pages, landing pages, or social media pages representing Meliorise, LLC. Affiliates may create pages representing their own brand and share the Meliorise product(s), reviews, personal experiences, and the content mentioned in the previous paragraph with their audience, representing themselves and their brand or business.
​
Affiliates do NOT have permission to resell Meliorise products under any circumstance OR charge for information.
Affiliate's are not employees OR Business Owners of Meliorise, LLC and must not claim to be. Meliorise, LLC is a platform and brand in which the Affiliates are compensated by as Affiliates or Ambassadors (either term is acceptable by Meliorise standards).

6. Non-compliance: Affiliate's whom violate the terms and conditions set by Meliorise LLC, such as deceptive practices like click fraud, cookie stuffing, using misleading advertising, or promoting products in a way that is not aligned with the brand's image, will be terminated from the program and thus forfeit all Compensation and their Passive Balance.

Cookie stuffing:
Placing tracking cookies on users' devices without their knowledge or consent, allowing the affiliate to claim credit for sales even if the user didn't click their link.
​
False advertising:
Making misleading claims about products or services to boost sales.
​
Typosquatting:
Registering domain names that are very similar to a brand's official domain to capture traffic from users who misspell the URL.
​
Misrepresenting brand identity:
Presenting the product or service in a manner not consistent with the brand's image or values.
​
Using prohibited marketing tactics:
Engaging in spammy or unethical practices like sending unsolicited bulk emails.
​
Not disclosing affiliate relationships:
Failing to clearly disclose to consumers that they are being directed to an affiliate link.

7. Returns, Cancellations, Refunds: All sales are FINAL and NO REFUNDS are granted UNLESS proof can be obtained and is provided to the Meliorise Support Team showing the transaction was made without User/Subscriber consent (such as cases of Identity Theft, Fraud, or Scam). Proof must be provided without a doubt. If a User/Subscriber falsely claims to have been scammed or not consented in order to gain a refund, or reports Fraud to their bank WITHOUT proof provided and approved by the Meliorise Support Team, the User/Subscriber will NOT be granted a refund, their Meliorise Subscription will be TERMINATED, and the User will compensate Meliorise for fees accrued due to the false reporting (processing or transaction fees).

8. Shipping and Delivery: Certifications, Awards (other than MVP Rings), and Inspire Magazine copies are shipped within 7-10 business days. Awards ship from Crystal Plus, and Certifications ship from Meliorise. Ring shipping times vary based on Diamondere's estimated production and ship times, but will be shipped within 30 days.

9. User Registration: Subscribers register on www.meliorise.org, and are then directed to the Mighty Network platform hosting the Meliorise network. Registration includes the collection of information listed under the Privacy Policy section of these Terms and Conditions. Users must reside in the United States (unless otherwise updated at a later date) and confirm the 18+ age requirement. If a user accesses the Meliorise platform with knowingly false information, Meliorise, LLC may take legal action as well as TERMINATE the Subscriber from the platform indefinitely.

10. Data Protection: Users can accept or decline cookie usage (used to enhance user experience on a website by remembering user preferences, tracking site activity for analytics, and identifying registered members) when prompted at the beginning of their website experience.

Certification Path: A user with access to the Social Network and Certification ($2,000/annual subscription).

Community Path: A user with access to the Social Network ($50/month).​

5 Star Diamond Certified Entrepreneur: a) A Meliorise Certified Entrepreneur who has earned their Certificate, renewed their Certification at least once, maintained an Ethical Entrepreneur Badge for 2 or more years, and been featured on the Meliorise Webinar, Podcast, OR Inspire Magazine! b) A Certified Entrepreneur who has renewed their Meliorise Certification for five years!

Reported: A user whom is in question of violating Community Guidelines.
​
Reporter: A user whom is reporting another user for violating Community Guidelines.
​
Affiliates/Ambassadors: An Affiliate/Ambassador is a subscriber who has completed Ambassador Training under the Meliorise tab.
​
Referral: A new user who was referred by an Affiliate/Ambassador.
​
Commission: An earned payout as compensation for marketing the Meliorise platform.
​
Passive Balance: An Affiliate's recurring income balance which includes both annual earnings for Certification referrals and monthly earnings for Community referrals.
​
$100K MVP Diamond Award: A Meliorise Affiliate whom has earned the $100K MVP Diamond Award by hitting a $100,000.00 Passive Balance!
​
$200K MVP Ring Recipient: A Meliorise Affiliate whom has earned the $200K MVP Ring by hitting a $200,000.00 Passive Balance!
​
Original Content: Posts, graphics, quotes, etc. not taken from another individual or entity (self-made content).
​
Remixed Content: Posts, graphics, quotes, etc. which have been inspired by original content but have been recreated with a unique twist.
​
Responsive Content: Posts, graphics, quotes, etc. which respond, provide feedback, or additional information.
​
Shared Content: Original content which is being shared, quoted, linked, or referenced.
​
Vulgar or Inappropriate: Sexualized (such as lingerie or twerk videos), or vile behavior/content to include nudity, pedophilia, or extremely distasteful content.
​
Trigger Content: Content which may be trauma triggering to some users.
​
Misinformed Content: Content which is verifiably false or misleading.
​
AI Content: Content (graphics or video) which is created using AI.

By subscribing to any of the Meliorise products (Community Path or Certification Path), you agree to abide by the guidelines listed below and agree to the policy in place protecting those guidelines for the sake of a respectful culture where all Americans are welcome.

Hate: Hate speech is not tolerated by Meliorise under any circumstance. Hate speech is categorized as the following:
​
a) Name calling or terms of belittlement on the basis of categorical belonging such as skin color/tone, ancestry, religion, sexuality, gender, disability, or other prejudiced speech which undermines the value of another human being or is stated with the intent to undermine, disrespect, or insult someone on the basis of categorical belonging. This includes derogatory terms, slurs, and purposely misused pronouns against an individual's current gender.
​
b) Calling for violence or demeaning actions against an entire group of individuals to include race, ethnicity, religion, political views, nationality, sex or sexuality, age, etc. which includes calling for the colonization, displacement, slavery, discrimination, or any other form of dehumanization or violence against a people.
​
Members do NOT have to like, engage, or agree with anyone. But members DO have to maintain a certain level of respect towards other members.
​
Harassment: Harassment includes but may not be limited to:
​
a) Unwanted interactions in which the victim has communicated the interactions (messages, comments, likes) are unwanted either online OR offline if proof of such communication can be obtained.
​
b) The reported has communicated boundaries with the defender prior to joining Meliorise and yet the defender continues to approach the reporter.
​
c) The reporter has filed an official report with the police or pressed charges against the reported at any point in time prior and the reported continues to seek out the reporter on the Meliorise platform or offline if proof can be obtained.
​
d) The reporter has had to block the reported on multiple other platforms due to safety concerns or any issues outlined in the Community Guidelines.
​
Threats: Threats include direct and indirect declarations of attack (typically* intended to strike fear, paranoia, or anxiety) which may be physical, sexual, mental, financial, and/or spiritual attacks.
​
Vulgar or Inappropriate Content: While this is an adult only network, respect is vital to the Meliorise culture. As such, vulgar or explicit content is not accepted here. Please see Glossary Terms for further definition.
​
*Our Community's Safety is a top priority for Meliorise. As such, members with a proven track record of hateful, sexual, or violent behavior (either by online evidence such as posts or texts, OR convictions or guilty plea/verdict) may not be granted access to the Meliorise Community.
​
Please see "Redemption Clause" for users who have been removed and seek to re-enter the Meliorise platform.


As we step into an era of AI, video editing software, theories, and propaganda, it's important that we prevent the spread of false information and that each user refrains from manipulative content not backed by evidence, proof, data, or confirmed sources.
Misinformation: Information which cannot be verified or can be proven as false, such as a "conspiracy theory" without proof or a claim against our government without proof, must include "IMO" (in my opinion), #IMO, or include trustworthy and verified resources or receipts either by link, content share, photo, file, recording, or screenshot (NOT Wikipedia, blog posts, or a magazine without verifiable resources provided).
​
AI: Artificial content created by AI or editing software must be stated as "Created with AI" or #AIcreation within the post, as to not incite false panic.
​
Meliorise has a responsibility to put [fair] measures in place to curve misinformation and prevent defamation or legal conflict, while championing freedom of speech, beliefs, thought, and opinion.

Acceptable Claims: We ask that all users include valid sources (blogs or wikipedia posts are not considered valid) when making [claims] against an entity, business, or individual, especially in the case of criminal accusations or medical claims. If proof cannot be provided we ask that users state, "In my opinion" (IMO), "Just Speculation:" (JS:), or "In my experience" (IME) either via text within the post or via hashtag.
​
Unacceptable Claims: Claims which are NOT backed by factual based evidence or public knowledge AND are not stated to be a matter of opinion or speculation, may be removed.
​
Please see "Escalated Dispute" for further information regarding cases in which a user does not agree with dispute findings.


Graphic content such as a video containing abuse, blood, or violence, must include a trigger warning AND must be focused on awareness or positive intention, not for "entertainment" purposes.
​
Example: Posting a street fight video for entertainment purposes may be taken down. Posting a video of a woman being abused for the purpose of awareness may not be taken down so long as a trigger warning has been posted and the intention is found to be awareness. However, if a victim of a crime which has been posted reports the post OR requests the removal of the post, it will be taken down, as consent to share someone else's story is important in order to safeguard victims.
​
Vulgar or Inappropriate content such as a post displaying nudity, pedophilia, or extremely distasteful content will be removed and users may be banned if the content is deemed to be criminal glorifying.
​
What's Acceptable: The following are only examples:
a) Posting your photos from a trip, a boudoir photoshoot, before and afters, or bikini magazine cover.
b) Video footage of real life suffering such as in Congo, Sudan, or Palestine, to raise awareness or donation.
c) Surgical, tattoo, or PMU videos showing a procedure MAY NOT violate this guideline so long as extremely graphic or exposed areas of the content are blurred or partially covered and a trigger warning is included in cases of blood or violence (again, intention is key).

Reported Posts: Users under investigation will receive notice via notification in the Meliorise Community. Posts, comments, or messages found to violate the Community Guidelines but NOT falling under threats, hate speech, or vulgar content, will receive a dispute option via email in their Investigation Notice. If the user under investigation would like to dispute the report, they may provide factual based evidence, personal testimony with receipts (screenshots, recordings, or live proof) in reply to the Investigation Notice. The Support Team will investigate the sources and files and provide direct response back to the user detailing the findings and overall decision.
​
Users who have disputed their reported content or an alleged Guideline violation yet disagree with the dispute decision, may request an Escalation at which point the dispute will be escalated to the Founder of Meliorise directly as it pertains to the Guidelines set forward and agreed upon at the time of the subscription.
​
Should the Founder waive the violation in favor of the Reported, the user will regain all permissions and the violation will be removed.
​

Digital Marketers, Content Creators, Business Owners, and Affiliates of either Meliorise or other businesses to included Influencers must abide by the guidelines outlined above as well as listed below in order to remain Active:
​
Spamming: Unprovoked interactions in which a user has not requested information (to include tagging, messaging, or commenting for the sake of a sale, opportunity, or gain) is NOT allowed.
Attempts to sell to anyone who has NOT requested information may result in account deactivation, should the recipient report the post, comment, or message.
​
Income Guarantees & Claims: As per federal compliance regulations, users must refrain from making income guarantees and must be sure to include an Income Disclosure Statement (which may be put at the beginning or end of the post or as the first comment on the post) in cases where income is shown, reported, or marketed. Should a user be reported for Income Claims or Guarantees, the reported will receive 1 warning before being banned indefinitely. Please follow compliance regulations.
​
Transparency: Affiliates, Influencers, Coaches, etc. must include honest and accurate information when presenting an opportunity to another user. This includes investment costs, starting and on-going requirements, and honest numbers, ingredients, and other vital details which may sway the user in their decision. Users reported for misleading or with-holding information will receive 1 warning before being banned indefinitely.

Example: Tommy is promoting an opportunity and Derrick requests more information. Tommy does not share that this opportunity requires you to balance legs each month, hit a particular minimum, and pay an additional fee for your website annually in order to be paid. Derrick reports Tommy for violating Transparency Guidelines. Tommy receives 1 warning and begins sharing all the details with full transparency. He keeps his Meliorise account and builds higher levels of trust and respect with his team by practicing transparency.

Content Theft: Copying another user's content and passing it off as your own unless recreating the content via graphics or putting the content into your own words will be considered Content Theft unless the original user is given credit or "Credit: Unknown" is included when the original creator is unknown. This applies to content created by another individual or entity such as quotes, graphics, blog style posts, and other original content, but does NOT apply to remixed content (content which was inspired by original content but has been recreated, reworded in line with typical copyright laws, or revised with a unique twist).

We know people can change. We also know, that change has to be for the right reasons, and, it takes a lot of work to make a real change (especially in terms of unlearning and retraining your mindset, raising self-awareness to work on yourself). That being said, users whom have been banned for violating Community Guidelines may redeem themselves and regain their account after a minimum of 1 year, by submitting a Redemption Application.
​
The Redemption Application gives the Reported a chance to explain how they've worked on themselves, their progress, and a referral who can vouch for that growth. Applications may be declined if actionable changes have not been seemingly met OR if the Reporter does not feel safe or comfortable with the Reported regaining access.​
​
These Guidelines may change in the future. If changes are considered, Meliorise LLC will provide an opportunity for all users to provide feedback before changes are made. If changed, Guideline Updates will be provided within the Network and on the website. Users may end their subscription at any time.
​

The Meliorise Support Team is a diverse small group of HUMANS (not bots or AI) varying in race, religion, age, gender, sexuality, and belief systems. All disputes pass at least 2 Support Specialists and are passed to a 3rd Support Specialist in the case of disagreement.
​
The Support Team will settle all disputes within 7 days from the report date.

Meliorise seeks to take inclusion to an actionable level within its business and policy structuring.
​
That's why Meliorise includes all users in vital business decisions. Users can find a feedback poll under Meliorise > Feedback. These decisions may include new features, policy updates, platform changes, potential partnerships, new products or services, etc. and decisions will be made based on majority vote.
